A note from Hyperdrive CEO, Chris Pennison, regarding business continuity in response to COVID-19

Dear all,

In light of the COVID–19 outbreak I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all well and reassure you that we are making the best possible efforts to minimise interruption whilst protecting the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders.

We will continue to monitor and review the situation on a day-to-day basis, and will announce any changes as they emerge, but the latest is as follows:

  • Production in HYVE UK will continue as normal and stock parts are as planned so we do not currently have issues fulfilling customer orders.
  • Where possible, employees that can are working from home and are available by email and mobile telephone.
  • Hyperdrive will not be accepting any visitors to our premises until further notice. All in-person meetings will be replaced with phone calls or video conferences where possible.
  • Only essential travel to customer sites by Hyperdrive employees is permitted and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

We understand that everyone is feeling the effect of COVID-19, but where possible, we politely request that customers please share any changes in your schedule and/or requirements as soon as possible in order to allow us to plan accordingly. Please inform your usual contact of any changes or new requirements or respond via the info@hyperdriveinnovation.com email address and we will respond to you straight away.

We will continue to keep you all updated and welcome any feedback or questions you may have.
